Take to the streets to pound some pavement, ride around or try a 30 day yoga challenge:
Go old school and write a snail mail letter to a friend or relative and pop it in the post- decorate it too!
Write a letter to yourself to be opened in 10 years time.
Write a poem in the theme of connection: even a haiku will do!
Draw and decorate a rainbow to place in your front window to thank NHS staff
If you're taking a daily walk outside, take a snap of a spring themed something: a daffodil or blossoms on trees and when you get home draw it!
